Lounge Details

  • The Club lounge is open through 11:00 p.m daily.
  • Continental breakfast served 6:30 a.m. – 10:0 a.m. Monday - Friday and 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Includes fresh whole fruits, yogurt and steel-cut oatmeal with a selection of toppings, cereals, assorted pastries, hard-boiled eggs, juice, and coffee.
  • Snacks and beverages are available throughout the day.
  • Evening Hors d’oeuvres: served 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. daily. Includes a vegetable crudité with assorted dipping sauces, a cheese display with fresh fruits and crackers, and an antipasto salad.
  • Cash bar service available from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily
  • Located on the lobby floor of our hotel near Times Square.

I am a platinum member of SPG and stay at many hotels and customer service is very important to me as is the hotel itself. Too many times people just report bad experiences on Reviews but I wanted to do just the opposite. One individual stood out to me and needed special recognition. As soon as i was asked to step forward to check in, I was greeted by Nicole with this amazing welcoming smile. From there, she made my Wife and i feel like we were the only customer of the hotel. Her service as well as attitude needed special recognition. SPG should be very proud to have an employee like "Nicole" and is very lucky to have her on her staff. The entire stay was awesome. This hotel from Location, employees, quality of the rooms, new gym renovation (with Peloton bikes which allows you to take a class at any time), the newly renovated club area and just overall responsiveness from the staff made for a very enjoyable stay.
