Stop by the Hudson Market on the first floor of our Times Square hotel on your way out each morning for a pleasant surprise. You’ll find that our customer service and quality dishes are nothing but first-class!

Each day we offer a freshly prepared, American-style buffet alongside classic à la carte favorites. Get your day off to a great start with our Breakfast Menu, which includes premium Starbucks™ coffee, fresh-squeezed orange juice, breakfast pastries, sliced fruit, and more.

    •    Breakfast served: Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 11 a.m.
 Saturday and Sunday, 6:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.

After noon, check out our Lunch Menu featuring a variety of local and seasonal favorites. From soups, salads, and sandwiches, to freshly baked breads and desserts, we serve up a feast for both your eyes and stomach!

    •    Lunch served: Monday through Friday, 12 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

In a hurry? The Link Café provides quick grab-and-go snack items from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. every day.

If you love a good burger, you’re in luck! In the evening, our Times Square hotel restaurant transforms into the Hudson Market Burger, a modern version of a classic hamburger joint known for its gourmet sandwiches, frosty shakes, and homemade potato fries.

The Hudson Market Burger menu has something for everyone!

    •    Dinner served: Daily, 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Adults will enjoy one of our six tasty burgers, including the Big Blue with apple wood smoked bacon and fried garlic, the Southwestern with tortilla crisps and beef chili, and the French Onion with caramelized onion and Swiss cheese. Children will love our kids’ menu, which features gooey grilled cheese sandwiches, crispy chicken bites, slider hamburgers, creamy macaroni and cheese, crunchy vegetable sticks, and more.
Share a plate of Disco Fries with cheese sauce, or Onion Rings with special mayonnaise. Choose from over 25 different kinds of soda pop, hand-dipped shakes and floats, beer, wine, and other beverages. At the end of it all, treat yourself to one or more of our Sweet Endings items for dessert.
